How long does it take to set up my account?

Setting up your account can take as little as 5 minutes. Once you’re through the initial setup, you’ll be on your way to creating and sending your first promotion.

Can I use the same account for multiple locations?

Absolutely. Smart Pickle allows you to use the same account for multiple locations. Adding locations takes only a few moments.

Can I use the same account for different businesses?

Currently, Smart Pickle allows one account per unique business. However, our upcoming Enterprise plans will allow for multiple businesses all managed under one account.

How does Smart Pickle help my business?

Smart Pickle helps your business by providing an easy-to-use automated marketing system that acts as your personal marketing communications tool. We help you engage your customers with greater success in less time, freeing you up to focus on running your business.

Do I need design or marketing experience to use Smart Pickle?

No. Smart Pickle is designed to simplify your marketing. Our user friendly application allows you to choose from a library of designs to create sophisticated promotions with a few simple clicks.

Does Smart Pickle ever share my email or account information?

Smart Pickle will never share your email or account information without your expressed prior consent.

How is my personal information used when I sign up?

Your personal information is only used to verify your identity and business account information and will not be shared with any outside party without your expressed prior consent.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Unlike some services that cut into your revenue, Smart Pickle provides simple yet sophisticated marketing at a flat monthly fee. No guess work, no hidden costs–just a low subscription price and a path to a great return on your investment.

Do you offer annual plans at a discount?

Yes, however we haven't implemented them as a default yet. If you'd like to play annually, instead of monthly, and receive a 15% discount please inquire at support@smartpickle.com or talk with you Account Relations Manager.

Are there any contracts or fees?

Nada contracts. Nada fees. Nada problems. On our monthly plans there are no contracts to use Smart Pickle. You can upgrade, cancel or pause at any time with just a click or two.

Are subscriptions auto renewed?

Yes, once you sign up your subscription will auto renew every 30 days until paused or canceled.

Do you offer Enterprise plans?

Due to high demand our Enterprise plans are offered as space becomes available. Enterprise plans are catered to business that need more features, more locations and high volumes of text and email campaigns. Give us a shout to explore the opportunity at support@smartpickle.com

Are there any monthly discounts?

Due to the nature and low cost of our monthly subscription, and the stand alone value of the service, we currently do not offer any discounts on our monthly plans. However, annual plans enjoy a substantial 15% discount!

Will Smart Pickle integrate with my POS system?

Yes. You can easily add your customer information from your POS systems into Smart Pickle. We currently are integrated with Clover and Square. We are working on adding Toast and many others as well.

How many promotions can I send per month?

There is no limit to the number of promotions you can send each month. Smart Pickle doesn’t just help you create promotions, however. We also help you know when is the best time to run an offer, helping you bring in the right customer at the right time.

How many users can I add to my account?

You can add as many users as needed. Smart Pickle also allows you to define each user’s role within the application.

Do I need to have a business website to use Smart Pickle?

No. You do not need a website in order to register with Smart Pickle.However, having a business website will increase your visibility and help you grow your business. If you have questions or would like help launching a website, contact us.

What does Smart Pickle do with my customers' information?

Smart Pickle securely stores customer information and may use it to enhance your in-app experience through personalized suggestions. Smart Pickle will never contact your customers or share customer information with any outside party.

What happens after I signup?

First, a congrats would be in order! You're on your way to exceptional yet automated marketing for your business.

Right after you sign up, you'll be taken to the Smart Pickle dashboard where you'll have access to start creating promotions, connect to all your social channels, review your campaign performance, and much more.

We'll be reaching out along the way to help you get the most out of Smart Pickle so you can spend more time growing your business.

What type of support do you provide for onboarding?

We take pride in offering a on-boarding white glove service for new businesses using Smart Pickle.

Right out of the gate, we'll help you get setup, provide strategic recommendations for your campaigns, support in designing your first campaigns (if desired), and of course, top-notch support throughout the onboarding process and beyond.

Are there any minimum month requirements?

Nope. You can utilize Smart Pickle for 1 month or 100 and beyond!

What is your refund policy?

We offer a money back guarantee on your first month using Smart Pickle if you are not 100% satisfied.

Beyond that, due to the nature and low cost of our monthly subscription, and the stand alone value of the service, we do not offer any other form of a refund policy.

However, if you're simply unsatisfied please reach out at support@smartpickle.com and we will do what we can to make things right.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

You're not bound to any contracts or terms so we've made pausing or canceling as hassle free as possible.

Simply navigate to your dashboard and select Subscription. Then choose what you'd like to do—upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel.
